Returns Policy


We are very confident in a quality of our product, and that you will love your BunnyHug. However, if you find any issue, we do offer a 14-day returns policy. Just send it back to our Croatian warehouse and we will refund your payment.

Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Before placing your order please be advised that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you need to return your BunnyHug please email our team at with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your BunnyHug. Make sure to include RETURN in the subject line and we will do our best to carry out your request.
Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.

 ▪️ To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Meaning, the product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned along with the BunnyHug backpack and bow that it arrives in. If your return item arrives without the backpack or bow, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason (any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error) we reserve the right to deny your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
▪️ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For Credit card, it's up to 10 days, for PayPal its immediate.

▪️ We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All orders have up to 14-days after the delivery date to inform us about any issues/defects - if this time frame is expired, unfortunately we cannot replace/refund your order. If you bought BunnyHug as a gift - please inspect it once it arrives to report any issues.
