HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

▪️ Delivery is FREE for all listed countries, and the price includes VAT, as well as the price of product packaging.

▪️ Orders are shipped from our Croatian-based warehouse in Zagreb. 

We use reliable DPD Group, also known as DPD for our deliveries in most EU countries.

You can expect your parcel within 1-8 business days depending on where you reside. Please take a look at the list below where you can find the list of the countries we deliver our products and the delivery time for each EU country:

When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.

If you have ordered 2 items from us please note that they may arrive in seperate packaging at seperate times. Please be patient.

Most of the orders received on business days are delivered that same day. If you purchase your BunnyHug during the weekend, the parcel will be send next business day.

If your order does not arrive within 10 business days, please contact us on info@thebunnyhug.com so that we can follow it up with the courier. We guarantee your parcel's delivery by requiring a signature on arrival. If you accept "leave in safe place" directly with our courier we do will no longer take responsibility for the package.

Please note that if you purchase a pre-sale item and an in-stock item in the same order, both items will be sent out at the same time once all stock is available at our warehouse for dispatch.
