Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Before placing your order please be advised that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.If you need to return your BunnyHug please email our team at email@example.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your BunnyHug. Make sure to include RETURN in the subject line and we will do our best to carry out your request.
▪️ We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All orders have up to 14-days after the delivery date to inform us about any issues/defects - if this time frame is expired, unfortunately we cannot replace/refund your order. If you bought BunnyHug as a gift - please inspect it once it arrives to report any issues.
