HOW TO CLEAN AND CARE FOR YOUR BUNNYHUG WEARABLE BLANKET SO IT LASTS LONGER

Here are some tips we recommend when caring for your BunnyHug blanket hoodie.

▪️ Simply place your BunnyHug in the washing machine on a gentle cycle. Other wash cycles can cause friction among the fabrics, leading the fleece to pill. Washing separately is very important.

▪️ In order to preserve the softness of its fabrics and to prevent pilling, please wash it at or below 30°C with a very mild detergents (approved for wool). Use the right amount of detergent. More soap won't necessarily make your BunnyHug cleaner. The excess detergent can actually stick to the fleece fibers and make your blanket hoodie feel less soft. Avoid using bleach! Do not use fabric softeners, dryer sheets, or scent-boosters.

▪️ For extra-longevity and durability, a BunnyHug should be washed only when needed.

▪️ After washing, hang your BunnyHug outside up to line-dry to allow it to air-dry (dry flat to avoid wrinkles) but keep it out of direct sunlight to reduce unwanted fading of colours, or toss it in the dryer on a low- or no-heat cycle. The high heat can cause the blanket fibers to melt or shrink.

▪️ Dry away from heaters or radiators! Do not iron!

Note: Flannel fleece and sherpa are very sensitive to heat and will pill if exposed to a hot water wash or hot dryer.

▪️ Your washing machine’s spin cycle will do a very good job of getting most of the water out of your BunnyHug, so it will not take long for your favourite blanket hoodie to dry.

▪️ Once dry shake carefully, and brush lightly.

STORING A BUNNYHUG BLANKET HOODIE

▪️ Store your BunnyHug correctly. Ideally your BunnyHug should be stored folded and lying on a flat surface. In case you really prefer to hang your BunnyHug, use wide hangers so its weight is more evenly distributed.
